What products are you selling?

My Seating Outlet website was created by emuamericas, llc to sell the following products:
• Discontinued first quality products
• Select first quality products that are no longer in our quick ship program (product is not discontinued)
• First quality products that we receive in error from our factories
• Second quality products from returns that have been inspected and are good to sell (may have small scratches). Details are always communicated on the product page
• Products used for a limited time at trade shows
• New products to test the market

These products are aggressively priced compared to our regular inventory and you are still receiving a great quality product!

Where do you ship?

We can ship to destinations in all 48 states of the contiguous United States. For shipments outside this area, please call our office at 800.726.0368 or email us at outlet@emuamericas.com

Where do you ship from?

All shipments depart from our distribution center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

How will my order ship?

As furniture is quite bulky, your order will ship on pallet(s) via common carrier with appointment required. No liftgate is provided. The delivering carrier will drop the pallet(s) curbside. It will be your responsibility to unpack and bring the products to their final location.

When will my order ship?

All products show live inventory available. As soon as the order is placed online, it gets processed in our system and it will ship from our distribution center in Lebanon, PA in 2-3 business days. Once packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number information for your shipment. You will receive a call from the carrier as an appointment will be required for delivery.

Why do you collect sales tax?

As a national distributor, we have nexus in all states thus sales tax collection is required. We may not need to collect all taxes to the delivering jurisdiction. It is up to you as the purchaser to verify if any additional use taxes are due by you to your delivering jurisdiction.

How can I change my order?

We want to get your order out to you as fast as possible! Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Call us at 800.726.0368 or send us an email to outlet@emuamericas.com to let us know of any changes required.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at outlet@emuamericas.com. We will reply immediately during our business hours to verify that your order has been cancelled. If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation within the next business day, please call us immediately as we may have not received your request. If your order has already shipped, please check our return policy.

What is the return policy?

We do not offer returns on delivered product unless the product is defective.
If your order was shipped prior to cancelling it, delivery should be refused. Your card will be billed for return freight (1.5 times the original freight amount) plus a 25% restocking fee of the product.

What do I do if I have freight/shipping damage or missing an item?

When receiving the freight delivery, it is important to check that pallets are still intact and that you are signing for the accurate box count as communicated on the shipment notification. If something is damaged or missing, note it on the delivery receipt you are signing to the driver and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Please take applicable photographs and email them to us at outlet@emuamericas.com with a brief explanation of the situation.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

Please email us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment at outlet@emuamericas.com with photos and a brief explanation of the situation. We will review the information supplied and let you know of our decision. Keep in mind that the available quantities are limited due to the nature of the products we are selling on the website. A discount rather than replacement may need to be accepted to rectify the problem.

What is the warranty?

We warrant the product to be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used, maintained and stored under normal commercial use for 1 (one) year. This warranty applies to the original buyer from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of the products we are selling on the website, warranty refund will be pro-rated based on the purchase price and its unused time of the one year warranty period.
